These Terms of Use apply to the public website operated by STAKD Storage Pty Ltd (ABN 78 701 283 525), trading as STAKD Storage (STAKD, we, us or our). By using this website, you agree to these terms.

The information on this website is general information about STAKD, our proposed facility and anticipated storage options. It is not professional advice and may not address your particular requirements. You should make your own enquiries before relying on website information or deciding whether a storage option is suitable.

2. Pricing and availability

Displayed prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST where stated. Prices, features, access arrangements, unit configurations, availability and launch information may change before a storage agreement is entered. We will confirm the applicable details before asking you to enter an agreement.

3. Enquiries are not bookings

Submitting an enquiry or expression of interest:

• does not reserve or allocate a unit;
• does not create a storage agreement or other customer contract;
• does not guarantee availability, pricing, suitability or acceptance; and
• does not require or process a payment through the enquiry form.

A storage relationship will exist only when the applicable storage agreement has been formally accepted by the relevant parties and any stated commencement requirements have been met.

4. Founding member offer

The advertised founding member offer is 50% off the first 3 months on a 12-month minimum term. It is subject to availability and entering the applicable storage agreement. Standard pricing resumes after the first 3 months. No expiry date, unit cap or additional eligibility criterion applies unless it is separately disclosed before you enter the applicable agreement.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use this website to:

• break any law or infringe another person’s rights;
• submit false, misleading, fraudulent or unlawful material;
• interfere with the website, its security or another person’s use of it;
• introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access or probe for vulnerabilities; or
• use automated means to extract content in a way that places an unreasonable load on the website.

6. Intellectual property

The website, STAKD branding, text, graphics, photographs, layout and other content are owned by or licensed to STAKD and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and print reasonable extracts for personal or internal business evaluation. You must not reproduce, modify, publish, distribute or commercially exploit website content without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

7. Third-party links and services

This website may link to or rely on third-party websites or services. Those services are operated independently and may have their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not necessarily mean we endorse all third-party content. We are not responsible for third-party services to the extent permitted by law.
